The National Endowment for the Arts

The NEA is a public agency dedicated to supporting excellence in the arts, both new and established; bringing the arts to all Americans; and providing leadership in arts education. Established by Congress in 1965 as an independent agency of the federal government, the Arts Endowment is the largest national funder of the arts.

The American Architectural Foundation

The AAF educates individuals and communities about the power of architecture to transform lives and improve the places where we live, learn, work, and play. Through outreach programs, grants, scholarships and educational resources, AAF inspires people to become thoughtful and engaged stewards of the built environment.

The United States Conference of Mayors

The USCM is the official nonpartisan organization of the nation's 1183 U.S. cities with populations of 30,000 or more. The primary roles of the Conference of Mayors are to: promote the development of effective national urban/suburban policy; strengthen federal-city relationships; ensure that federal policy meets urban needs; provide mayors with leadership and management tools; and create a forum in which mayors can share ideas and information.

Additional funding has been provided through a generous gift from the Edward W. Rose III Family Fund of the Dallas Foundation and the Bank of America.
